The Owners of Yolanda’s Mexican Café Restaurant, Rod and Yolanda Gietzen Worked in the Restaurant Industry for Several Years in the San Fernando Valley Prior To Opening Their Own Restaurant Doors in 1982. From Its Inception, the Oxnard Restaurant Was A Great Success and Immediately There Was A Need To Expand the Location. Soon Customers From Nearby Ventura Were Urging Rod and Yolanda To Open Another Restaurant in Their City. in Just 2 Years of Opening the Oxnard Location, Yolanda’s of Ventura Became A Reality and the Community Has Been Very Supportive Ever Since. Nineteen Years Later On September 10, 2001, After Many Requests From the Customers Who Reside in Camarillo, Yolanda’s of Camarillo Was Opened and Welcomed With Open Arms.
