In the Summer of 1958, David Sr. and Helen Fong Drove Down From Minneapolis in Search of A Place To Open Up A Small Chinese Carry-Out. As the Story Goes, They Were Looking for A Location in Richfield, Got Lost in the Rain, and Came Upon A Small Strip Mall in A Small Township Called Bloomington. This Original Location Was Named Fong's Chow Mein.
