paul's signature croissants have a mouthwatering crisp crust and are deliciously soft inside. we use butter, lightly rolled and layered puff pastry, salt and sugar to create an incomparably rich and tasty croissant.

Fraisier (strawberry Cake)

a simple yet delicious dessert made of sponge cake topped with airy mousseline cream, fresh strawberries, and a thin layer of marzipan. other flavors available: raspberry, chocolate & pear. this cake is served by the slice or in larger cake portions (6, 8, 12, 18, 24 persons). a 48 hour advance notice is required for the large cake sizes.
