One-On-One - Group Fitness Classes - Boot Camp
All of our fitness programs are based on the CrossFit system. It is an approach to fitness that uses movement from a vast range of sports activities to create one of the most effective workouts on the planet. Yes, it dramatically enhances athletic performance. More importantly, it keeps your workout interesting, challenging, and exceptionally fun!

What we hope to achieve does all of that, minus the hours on a treadmill.
We make very little use of machines. Our bodies do the work and after the exercises are learned, you can do them virtually anywhere. When it comes to staying in shape, being able to take your workout with you wherever you go is critical.
Of course, there is nothing like have a Personal Trainer pushing you to your limit or feeling the comradery and competitive spirit of group sessions.
Procrastination can easily set in when we are left to our own devices. Whether you just want to add some spice to your current workout or if you want to join us long-term, we're here to educate and motivate.

The Gym
Most people want a clean, convenient and well-equipped gym for their workout. That's why we choose to train in the highly regarded Unit 2 Fitness gym. Schedule your FREE introductory class at our award-winning facility in Norcross.
Appointment Only
Personal Training sessions can be one-on-one, small group (2 or 3 people), or large group. While there are regular group sessions offered throughout the week, joining or forming a group must be requested in advance.
Boot camps are designed for people who want to give their workouts a kick in the pants.
Whether you are a regular gym junkie or it's been a little long to remember, camp is the place to find a group of people who want to work hard...together.
Like every Wicked Training session, the workouts are customized for the attendees.
Not everyone is expected to be at the same fitness level; so, the trainer will adjust the exercises as needed. Be assured, however, that everyone will work as hard as they can. We don't have to yell or use a bull horn. It just happens when you know everyone in the room is there for the same purpose...hard heart-thumping fun!
Get Up Jump Start on Fitness! Early morning or afternoon Boot Camp will get your adrenaline flowing. Spaces are limited.
