Complaint from Vegas Baby Birmingham, ALalmost 10 years agoTerrible Manager. Cute townhomes with poor management. Good location but inconsistent rule enforcement. There was a murder (shooting) there and this was hidden until after I signed the lease. After you leave, there will be an attempt to keep deposit and tack on all kinds of fees. The manager is pocketing these fees. Stay away. Manager also discloses personal information about tenants.
