- Complaint from Gail Wyman Portland, MEabout 3 years agoI live nearby and this place is a bit of an eye sore to have in the neighborhood. Awnings are all torn and paint is chipping off building. I realize that this is a recycling business but that doesn't mean they can't keep the place looking respectable for their neighbors.
