Complaint from Tim Scutt Cumming, GAalmost 12 years agoRenters beware! WATCH OUT once you move out. Our son walked into the office to have someone walk through for final inspection, and was told "You're good to go." So, he turned in his key and thought he was "good to go". 2 months later we get an invoice for $900+ for new carpet and blinds. No proof of damage ever provided. Unethical and incompetent. Yrs later and they're still harassing us.
