Doppelbock is a style of beer I really love. I love the intense bready/toffee malt character coupled with the clean fermented lager profile. Doppelbock is a traditional German style lager with high level of malt flavour/aroma and higher ABV. Not what you typically think of when you hear the word lager, but remember lager is just a type of yeast.

EJ Phair Black Steel Milk Stout, Imperial Stout, 8.4% ABV

A no-holds-barred collaboration with Steeltown Coffee. We have been working with Steeltown Coffee for the last four years to produce our stout and this years is bigger and badder! Best described as a chocolate coffee milk stout, this beer is rich with notes of chocolate, toffee and Four Barrel Guatemalan coffee.

21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon, Wheat Ale, 4.9% ABV

Using fresh watermelon that delivers a very unique refreshing fruity taste. We start by brewing a classic American wheat beer, which undergoes a traditional secondary fermentation using fresh watermelon that delivers a very unique refreshing fruity taste.

Alpine Nelson Rye IPA, IPA, 7.0% ABV

An outstanding hop from New Zealand, Nelson Sauvin, is generously used throughout the brewing and dry-hopping of this unique beer. European rye is added for a smooth, malty addition to flavor.
