Two Weeks of Unlimited Strength Training Classes for One Person Two Weeks of Unlimited Strength Training Classes for Two People Unlimited strength training classes for two weeks! Each workout class is lead by one of our highly qualified coaches, starting with a 20 minute warm-up to prepare your body to lift some weights. The next 20 minutes is dedicated to performing variations of the main barbell lift of the day, followed by 20 minutes of circuit training to keep your heart rate elevated. Each workout is designed with one thing in mind; To get you results! It's common for new members to increase their strength and notice changes in their bodies within 3 weeks of starting! These two weeks are an introduction to show you what our training methods are like. We promise better results than any other boot camp if you show up consistently and put in the work! The training is modifiable for people of all fitness and experience levels; Our coaches are able to tailor the workouts to your current capabilities. We have competitive strength athletes, as well as people that have never lifted weights before! If you can't make it to workout everyday, just remember that SOME exercise is better than NO exercise. Start with what you can, and aim for eventually 3+ days a week. We've seen many members achieve significant results while working out 3 days a week.
