Stefano Was Raised in A Small Town in Sicily and Was A Fisherman Most of His Life. Working On His Father’s Fishing Boat; His Major Duty Was Cooking for the Entire Crew. the Duty Became Stefano’s Passion for Cooking. Stefano Moved To America in 1974 and Has Been A Chef Ever Since. It Was in Brooklyn, New York Where he Met His Wife, Marie and Soon After Two Beautiful Children Antoniella and Leonardo.
