Seward Motor Freight, Inc., has been in operation since 1940 and currently provided quality-focused truckload carrier services spanning a 1,200 mile radius around its Nebraska base. The roots of Seward Motor Freight, Inc. reach back to the 1940's, when the company focused on less than a truckload freight from Omaha to Seward, Nebraska and surrounding towns. Seward grew quickly throughout the 1970's under its present leadership, and secured long haul permits from the Interstate Commerce Commission that were vital to its expansion. Since that time, it has consistently increased its hauling capacities through the acquisition of small and regional carriers. Seward’s headquarters is located on an expansive stretch of land at the intersection of Highway 15 and Interstate 80, which includes vehicle maintenance and body shop facilities.
