Sallywags Pet Services provides care for your furry and feathered friends! We provide reliable and professional dog walking and pet sitting in Worcester County. We go to great lengths to ensure your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. Unlike other agencies, we also provide transportation to and from pet appointments, help with medications, post-surgery rehab, overnight pet sitting right in your home, and use a professional pet portal to schedule appointments, handle billing, and share information. We are insured, bonded, and pet first aid and CPR trained. Our coverage area includes, but is not limited to, Worcester, Shrewsbury, Grafton, Millbury, Auburn, Paxton, Holden, North Brookfield, East Brookfield, Charlton, Oxford, Webster, Milford, and Marlborough. Note that we will provide coverage outside this area on a case by case basis. Our goal is to provide flexible, customized service for our clients. We are not a large corporation and we are proud of that. We are a small local pet services company that caters to our client’s needs. We meet with every new client and their pet(s) prior to providing service so that everyone can get to know each other and we can get to know your pet(s). We do that because we want both you and pets to be comfortable with us. Unlike larger pet services companies, it is easy to contact us by phone, SMS text, or email. As a local pet services company, we are invested in the community and it always results in professional and courteous service. Sally Brady, the owner of Sallywags Pet Services, has spent her life caring for animals and knows how important their wellbeing is to owners. Sallywags Pet Services is bonded and insured and every pet we care for is done so with the same attention and love that our own pets receive. We offer discounts for frequency of visits for your pet(s) as well as other discounts depending on the situation. In addition, we perform a background check on our walkers to ensure that our clients are protected. At Sallywags Pet Services, we believe in transparency which is why our walkers use a GPS enabled device on their phones so customers can review checkin, checkout, and walk routes. Our inner nerd loves this feature, but it also provides customers with an inside look at their pet’s time with us! We use a pet portal (scheduling web site) that allows pet owners to schedule visits for their dogs, review existing schedules, plan vacations ahead of time, and easily pay for pet visits. However, because we believe in flexible customer service, we also take customer pet visit requests by text message, email, or phone call. This is a common theme with Sallywags: customers come first! Because customers come first, we work hard to be as flexible and accommodating as possible for all our clients. We have never missed an appointment with a client and work hard to keep it that way!
