Mackey Center Is Named After the Late Sylvan and Emma Mackey. Pastor and First Lady Mackey Have Special Significance Because They Are the Founders of Full Gospel United Pentecostal Church; Founding the Church in 1954. This Facility Was Constructed in the Year 2006, and Is A Direct Result of the Vision and Purpose of the Senior Pastors, the Late Bishop Richard V. Allmon Sr. and First Lady Lois S.
