Access Intermediate

Organizations of all sizes rely on Microsoft Access to track their critical business data, and to analyze the data in order to make better business decisions. The Intermediate class will provide you with the hands-on, focused experience you need in order to derive meaningful results from your Access database. The classes have been designed to help you develop proficiency with both Access 2007 as well as Access 2010. Prerequisites: A solid understanding of Windows file management, the concepts of right-clicking and selecting object properties. Successful completion of Access Intro class or equivalent experience providing a basic understanding of tables, queries, forms and reports

InDesign Fundamentals

This InDesign Fundamentals training will prepare you to create sophisticated documents, including magazines and books, and presentations enhanced with video and sound. It will equip you to accomplish more with advanced productivity tools, such as object libraries and reusable "snippets" of content, exercise precision control over typography and composition, easily manage the complexities of long documents, and prepare finished work for the commercial printing environment. Prerequisites: Basic Mac or Windows skills - copying/pasting, right-clicking (contextual menus), finding files, switching between programs, exploring windows.
