James Howard Park, Jr. (Jim Park) Worked Many Jobs At the Market Before Opening Park’s Seafood Restaurant Next Door in October 1976. It Was A Natural Location, Considering All the Fresh Fish Needed To Meet the Demands of the Restaurant As Well As Those Wanting To Bring Fish Home.
