Complaint from Andrea Graham Shorewood, ILalmost 12 years agoAfter almost 4 months and countless phone calls my basement is finally done.....correctly. This company is eager to take your money but that is about the only time they adhere to the contract. I can tell you it took them 3 attempts and 2 "crews" to build my banister. Not to mention I had no idea when and if the workers would be showing up keeping people hostage at my house to let them in.
