Markus Remained in Europe for the Next Few Years, Which Is Where he Learned His French and Italian Techniques From Some of the Best Known Chefs in the World. Among These Was Lorenzo Delmichi. After His Stint in Europe It Was Back To the States, Where he Spent the Next 2 Years As A Chef in Hawaii At Some of the Most Posh Hotels in the World. Markus' Travels Then Took Him To Utah for Almost 2 Years At the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Then Back To the Hamptons Where he Ran Some of the Best Restaurants and Clubs On the East End of Long Island. he Has Also Been A Private Chef for Many Tv, Movie, and Rock Stars Throughout His Career. Markus' Passion for Cooking Shines Through in His Presentations - They Are Totally Edible, Including All of the Garnishes of Different Herbs and Flowers.
