We start with locally sourced spinach and pile it high making sure that it's overflowing. Then we put our organic peppers and our organic onions on. Then we put fresh organic feta cheese followed by organic sunflower seeds. Lastly, we do a half circle of beautifully shingled strawberry slices and then we do a presentation in the center of a beautifully butterflied strawberry.
