By continuing with your Personal Nutritionist you are learning more about yourself and your food/lifestyle habits than you may have ever thought was possible. Let your nutrition coach continue to help you tackle your obstacles and the occasional challenges you face in adapting this new nutrition lifestyle to your 'real-life' for permanent weight management, disease prevention and chronic disease management.

Follow-Up Consult 1 thru 5 (1 hr)

Your Personal Nutritionist has gotten to know you both medically and conversationally. You have started the learning and sharing process and have established goals with your Personal Nutritionist. You are ready to continue conquering challenges and continuing to be 'coached' about the plethora of nutrition information and 'myth'-information to optimize your health.
