Complaint from Ann Deal New York, NYover 8 years agoAnn Deal again Not from New York....Just off the phone with customer care...I told the lady that answered the phone, who did not work in that office, that I expected a returned call before 5 for an update.. she laughed and said I bet you do...that just tops everything!!!! -
Complaint from Ann Deal New York, NYover 8 years agoThe family of Albert Tanner has been trying to get the Norcross office of NUMotion to repair a power chair, purchased from one of the many businesses they have obtained since last May 5,2015. Today is January 25, 2016 and we cannot get this company to return a call. We have filed a formal complaint with the company's customer care office and now we are having a really tough time with them.
