Prenatal Massage

Don't skip your personal healing while you're expecting. Enjoy a relaxing Sedona massage on your side or face down on our pregnancy pillow with cutouts for your growing baby! Your session is with a fully trained prenatal massage therapist. So, you can relax and enjoy a safe, therapeutic treatment to release your stress and fatigue. Not Offered for 1st Trimester, Only 2nd & 3rd Trimester.

CBD

CBD oil or cream can be highly effective when added to massage oil to reduce pain and inflammation as well as chronic pain associated fibromyalgia and arthritis. It also can boost your mood, improve your skin, especially for psoriasis, eczema and more, assists in anxiety, stress relief, muscle recovery and more. $20 add-on to a massage.

Ayurvedic Massage Abhyanga

Westernized Ayurvedic full body massage with soothing, repetitive strokes using an aromatic blend of warmed, organic ayurvedic oils infused with medicinal herbs designed for doshic balance. The strokes and techniques work to open the energy points (marmas) of the body for energetic (pranic) balance and aids in the release of toxins, thus balancing the lymphatic system. Two-handed.
