Complaint from Dana Huntington Hayward, CAover 3 years agoMy handicapped friend and I went into this location on Tuesday, April 13. WORST HAIRCUT EVER FROM HERE!!! My friend asked to have her hair cut short behind her ears. They left her hair 2 inches OVER the ear. I told the lady cutting my hair that I only wanted a trim of less than half inch. And over my ears. She CUT OFF almost 2 inches everywhere. Left my hair very uneven everywhere. EMBARRASSING!!!
