- Complaint from Tim Schale Fort Smith, ARover 2 years agoNational Family Pharmacy shorted my wife 10 pills on her pain medication. Rather than be understanding checking the prescription and rectifying the situation, they ostracized her and brought her to tears accusing her of false claims. Jeff Fenwick just said: I don’t care, Your wasting my time and Call the Police!” Totally unprofessional! Never go back and I’m telling the world!
