Complaint from Dawson Loenichen Seffner, FLover 11 years agoCharged us without fixing the problem they said they would fix, refused to come back out without charging additional fees, and did nothing to resolve the situation or fees, will never be using them again. I do not understand how they can be running a business like that, charging without fixing the problem should be illegal.
