San Francisco native, jewelry designer, and one of a small group of certified Kemetic Yoga instructors in the Bay Area. Yoga has always felt very natural to me and, from the moment I tried my first pose, I knew that it would become a central part of my life. I practiced hatha and vinyasa yoga on my own for about 7 years before I discovered Kemetic yoga and meditation. Again, I had that feeling of familiarity in the poses. The movements were slow and mindful, yet I felt energized and strong afterwards. So, of course, I started to incorporate Kemetic flows into my daily practice.
