1 Hour Private Yoga Lesson

Private yoga instruction is individually tailored for you. One-on-one sessions are an excellent way for beginners to safely learn the fundamentals, for advanced students to deepen their yoga practice and yoga students at any level who would like to create a safe and rewarding home practice.

1 Hour Shiatsu Massage

One Hour full-body treatment will address the root cause of your complaints and leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, and renewed. Also includes foot, hand and facial massage techniques.

Slim, Fit & Sexy Discovery Session (45 min)

In person Complementary Slim, Fit and Sexy Discovery Session. In this 45 minute consultation we will discuss your individual health needs in depth and determine if we are a good fit to work together in a private program. This session will take place at Liz Vequist's office at 1001 Mass. Ave.

1.5 Hour Shiatsu Massage

Hour and a half of total pampering. This is an excellent choice if it's been awhile since you had a massage or if you have multiple areas that need to be addressed. Also includes foot, hand and facial massage techniques.

Virtual Slim, Fit & Sexy Discovery Session (45 min)

Virtual Complementary Slim, Fit and Sexy Discovery Session. In this 45 minute consultation we will discuss your individual health needs in depth and determine if we are a good fit to work together in a private program. This session will take place virtually by phone or Skype.
