A profoundly relaxing and therapeutic massage. With an intuitively deep and soothing touch, we combine a range of techniques to address the specific needs of your body. The foundation is a Swedish massage which fully relaxes and increases healthy circulation to your muscles. Additional techniques that may be integrated into your session are: deep tissue and neuromuscular work, myofascial stretching, range of motion movements, foot reflexology, and polarity (energy balancing) therapy. Clients describe this individualized & therapeutically nurturing style of massage as "exactly what I needed!".

Pre-natal (Pregnancy) Massage Therapy

The months during pregnancy can feel like your most needed and most important time for massage therapy. A prenatal massage session offers powerful relaxation and relief from the new tensions and discomfort your changing body may be experiencing. Cayce and Katrina are fully trained in the techniques and adjustments required for pre-natal sessions. With their intuitively deep and soothing touch, your prenatal session will be similar to a Holistic Massage Therapy session but will incorporate appropriate focus and adjustments - particularly the use of cushions which allow you to semi-recline and lie on your side to receive your massage in complete safety and comfort.
