I Have Been in the Restaurant Business About 30 Years. I Opened My First Place, Cafe Panacea, in 1988 and Relocated To Downtown Fort Worth in 1994. Since Then I Have Opened Three or Four Other Restaurants in the 90?s, Done Some Consulting, Was an Executive With Super Target for Over Three Years and Helped A Friend Open A Franchise Restaurant in 2003 and 2004. I Opened the Doors To Lili’s Bistro On May 9, 2007 and Enjoy Being Back in the Business, Seeing Old Friends, Making New Ones and Doing What I Love Most – Providing A Great Atmosphere, A Fun and Interesting Menu and the Best Service Possible.
