Vernon! 2011 Landers Automotive Corporation in 1987, Roy Landers began doing collision repair in a small area at his parents home (Ray & Helen Landers) on Highway 161 in Centralia Illinois. He continued at that location for 2 years. In 1989 Roy moved the shop to a 60x40 building at his home on Rt. 37 South of Salem. The operation was at this location for a short time. It was later moved to the South side of Salem and incorporated, with Roy's brother Robert and Robert's wife Jeanne Landers sharing ownership.
