We lived there for 3 years. it is a quaint and quiet neighborhood, but its age is readily apparent. There is no regular maintenance. Shingles are sill missing from the last hurricane several years ago. They attempt to hide the erosion problems that exist. Aside from pool and tennis, little value received for high be maintenance fee due to management practices by geriatric leaders.
