Glytone JR Peel (Jessner / Resorcinol)

The JR peel is a superior treatment designed to remove superficial layers of skin. It is one of the most effective cosmetic peels available. The JR peel combines resorcinol, lactic acid, and salicylic acid which result in deeper penetration and greater exfoliation of the outer layers of skin cells. The deeper exfoliation produces noticeable flaking and exfoliation in the following three to four days after the peel, and within a week a smoother, healthier layer of skin will be revealed. The mild peeling agents used in the JR Peel lightens areas of hyper-pigmentation and can benefit aged sun-damaged skin.It smoothes and rejuvenates skin, producing beautiful results in treating mild to severe acne, discoloration, moderate wrinkling, and sun damage. The JR peel is excellent for all skin types.

Glytone Mandelic Acid Peel

Mandelic Acid is part of a family of Alpha Hydroxyl Acid and is derived from bitter almonds. Since the molecule is larger in size, it penetrates more slowly, making it a good choice for sensitive skin including patients who struggle with redness and flushing in their skin. Mandelic Acid offers antibacterial as well as bactericidal properties that are helpful for patients with blemishes or oily skin. It is also beneficial for patients with Acne Rosacea. A series of peels produces a smoother skin texture, as well, as helping with fine lines and wrinkles.
