To help empower our youth to feel good about themselves from the inside out, one breath at a time.

Hi Everyone! I’m Amy Norris and health and wellness have always been a huge part of my life! I didn’t think my passion could get any deeper until I took my first yoga class in 2007.

Yoga saved my life! Every day we are all faced with stress, anxiety, pressure, fears and negativity. Yoga helps me to calm those negative voices and find balance from within myself, it helps me build confidence to overcome fears and most of all it reminds me that I am perfect just the way I am – there is nothing missing. Yoga has been a true gift in my life and I want to give the gift to others and that is why I started teaching in 2009.

KidsCrave Yoga is Northern Colorado’s only mobile kids yoga business!

Yes, we come to you! We specialize in ages 6 weeks-11 years We bring kids yoga to Studios, Preschools and Elementary schools in Northern Colorado. It is our pleasure help educate adults about the incredible benefits of kids yoga and empower the kids in our classes. We love connecting with educators and parents in the community and specialize our classes based on individual needs.

Shortly after teaching I started thinking about how amazing it would be to spread the benefits of yoga to kids

so I got to work on opening a business focusing on kids and KidsCrave Yoga was born! I am living my dream because I get paid to do what I love – teaching kids how to find strength, balance and flexibility off of their mats is the best. Life is an amazing journey, so get out there and love who YOU are because everyone else is already taken!
