Just for You Cafe Started Out in 1990 As A Little Bitty Diner On 18th Street in Potrero Hill, A Sleepy Neighborhood On the East Edge of San Francisco. We Had Two Tables and A Countertop That Sat A Dozen Folks Elbow-To-Elbow. the Place Was Always Packed With Patient Customers Eager for Some Good Home-Cooking, Even If It Meant Waiting 45 Minutes for Sunday Brunch At the One Table We Had That Could Seat Four People. Our White, Wheat and Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Is Baked Right Here, With No Additives or Preservatives. and Our Rye Bread Is From the Fine Folks At Acme. Our Chicken-Apple Sausage, Prosciutto, and Ham Are Made With No Artificial Preservatives by Local Charcuterie Zoe’s Meats. We Never Cook With Trans Fats. Delicia Foods Creates A Custom-Blended Seed Oil Just for Us. We Hand-Cut Kennebec Potatoes To Make Our French Fries and Home Fries. Grapes We Serve Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (Never Frozen or Canned) and Buy Organic Whenever the Price Allows. Our Seafood Is Mostly Caught Locally and Purchased Fresh Each Day From Royal Hawaiian Seafood.
