Agnes Knows Asian Cuisine. On the Other Side of the Coin, Joseph Duen Knows Hospitality and Fine Cuisine. He's Appeared On Television As A Food and Beverage Consultant in Hong Kong and New York. His Experience Stems From World Class Hotels and Fine Dining Establishments. Just To Mention A Few, Joe Was the Executive Food and Beverage Training Manager for the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong Until he Immigrated To New York Where he Acquired Another 10 Years of Experience With the Four Seasons in the Seagram Building.
