They kept the delicious bread recipe alive as we continue this tradition, baked daily from scratch on the premises. They also brought in traditional recipes from their homeland, Bari, Italy. Italia Bakery and Deli provide amazing recipes for the tomato sauces, eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, sausage & peppers and many, many more. Italia Bakery and Deli is currently owned and operated by Maria Angela Magnanimo with a wonderful staff of employees.
