Inner Haven Wellness provides an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents (ages 12-17) struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. The core of our program draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and places significant emphasis on skill development and practice. We also provide IOP and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP) for adults suffering with eating disorders in Madison, WI. We believe that all of us have an inner haven inside. A place we can go to access the tools for wellness. Sometimes we just need help finding it. That’s what we do. We give you the guidance and the space you need to grow and heal.
