Our philosophy is to start right and greatly advance your practice with the proper foundation. We offer assists and adjustments in each class to ensure your safety and effectiveness of every pose. We make sure we teach you how you can modify your practice for whatever your body and mind needs. Not only do we offer Expertly prepared yoga classes taught by skilled and knowledgeable instructors, we offer body shaping Barre Fitness Classes led by Motivating, Expert teachers to safely and effectively get you into the shape you desire. We offer the only Aerial Yoga in all of Kent County Delaware. This style of fitness brings fun, strength, flexibility and a smile to all who participate! All New Clients Must begin with 4 Intro To Yoga classes for Yoga/1 Intro To Aerial Yoga Class for Aerial Yoga/ and 1 Beginner Barre before advancing to level 1 or 2 classes.

Must take intro classes/beginner classes within 60 days of beginning practice at Higher Power Yoga and Fitness. Not valid for clients active within the past 6 month(s). Registration required. Limit 1 per person. Limit 1 per visit. May redeem across visits. Preregistration for classes is recommended but not required.
