    Came in for a cut and dye didn't know exactly what the color style I wanted was called butshowed a pic was told it was high lights but got the complete opposite if what I wanted and now I have to go box dye my hair back to its natural color. I showed the lady a picture of what i wanted and didnt even get close!! I ligit cried when I walked out and seen how splotchy and orange my hair is
