Owner Christos Marras Is A Long Time East Bay Restauranteur. Christos Opened and Operated LA Grenouille in Oakland From 1979 To 1987, A Favorite Continental Dining Spot. After A Brief Hiatus From the Business, he Started To "get That Old Itch" Again in 1992 and Began To Shop for A Place To Realize His Vision. His Eye Found the Building At 1901 Park Street, A Space That Had Been Ocupied by Various Eating Establishments Over the Years.
