With No Surprise he Succeeded. His Children All Followed His Lead and Each Became Great Cooks and Restaurant Owners. His Daughter Velma, Along With Husband Paul Hampton, Came To Huntsville in 1956 To Look for A Spot for Their Restaurant. Out in the Cotton Fields South of Town, A Chance Meeting With Farmer Fleming Started the Process That Brought Us To Where We Are Today. the Business Is Still Owned and Operated by the Same Family Which Is Now in Its 4th Generation. After 53 Years in Huntsville, Gibson's Is Still Recognized As the Place To Go for Delicious Bbq Pork, Chicken, Ribs, Beef.
