Complaint from Lyanne Lloyd Kennesaw, GAalmost 4 years agoI signed up for winter plan which I was never informed that gng just automatically cut off your gas despite the fact that they sent me a renewal notice via email & flyer to renew which I did renew 2 wks prior to contract exp date. They charge me $75 for early cancelation fee which they refunded after the phone conversation but I have to applied for a new account and get charge $60 turn on fee.
