From the Age of Six, Chris Spent Many Hours in the Restaurant Being Mentored by Family. the Restaurant Was the Center of His Life. As A Child, he Swept the Parking Lot and Washed Dishes for Dimes To Play the Pinball Machine, and by the Age of 15, he Was the Short Order Grill Cook.
