Defined Body Pilates Has Been in Business for 6 Years, But We Have Over 25 Years of Experience. Our Team Specializes in Offering Personalized Classes in A Small Group Studio Setting. We Are Pilates Comprehensively Certified and A Member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Our Mission Is To Promote Positive Changes in Our Clients While Teaching the Joseph Pilates Method. This Includes Teaching Our Clients Breathing, Abdominal Strengthening, Centering, Control & Coordination All While Creating Flow in Their Movement. Our Goal Is To Teach Our Clients Strength, Flexibility & Posture/Body Awareness So That They Can Take What They Have Learned Through the Pilates Method Into Their Everyday Lives.
