Complaint from J Mallory Herminie, PAover 4 years agoMy family and I went to enjoy a afternoon of swimming. Needless to say 3 minutes after we walked in, there was thunder and they cleared the pool. Completely understand safety first however we never even got to get in the pool and they closed. REFUSED to refund our money. Horrible policy and management. It states on the website rainchecks will be issued if pool closes. Waste of time and money!!!
