20 minute Nap Therapy

A short 20-30 minute nap provides significant benefit for improved alertness and performance without leaving you feeling groggy or interfering with nighttime sleep. Enjoy a brief nap after your massage session, you don't even need to leave the table! Nap sessions must be scheduled at the time you schedule your massage session. Cancellations of naps sessions with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full session charge.

45 min - Fascial Stretch Therapy

Unlike traditional stretching that attempts to isolate and stretch specific muscles, Fascial Stretch Therapy™ stretches both fascia and muscle creating a permanent change in the tissue which you can feel immediately and with each session feel longer lasting results. By stretching fascia and the muscle, you are able to stretch more tissue in a shorter period of time as opposed to performing traditional stretching (muscle by muscle) which can be painful, time consuming and marginally effective.
