CranioSacral Therapy 60-minute Session

Total time is approximately 75 minutes: 60 minutes of treatment and additional time for discussion before and/or after the treatment.

Target the areas of your body where stress hits you the hardest: your back, neck, shoulders, and head.

This 60-minute session combines Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and CranioSacral Therapy to effectively relieve both the muscular and the nervous system aspects of tension and stress. Clients have reported improved quality of sleep, decreased headaches/migraines, an overall sense of well-being, and the ability to better manage stress.

This packaged is intended to jump start your movement toward improved health and well-being. This package may be purchased, in full, within 30 days of your first session. The 5 sessions must be used within a 60-day period.

CranioSacral Therapy Mentoring

For students who have taken CranioSacral Therapy courses through the Upledger Institute. Mentoring sessions are approximately 90 minutes.
