Neuromuscular "Pain Relief" Massage Therapy

A rehabilitative approach to managing pain and discomfort. Chronic pain is addressed by concentrating on your specific area of discomfort. Chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and arthritis are often relieved. Headaches, migraines, stiff necks and aching backs are immediately improved. Includes heat, ice, hot towels, stretching as needed.

Combo Massage Package of 3 Sessions

Three types of session. Design your session by selecting Swedish, Deep Tissue or Combination of both. Swedish session is a full body session. Deep Tissue concentrates on your problem area. The combo session treats your problem area within a full body massage.

Bodytherapy / Upper Body

Upper body - neck, shoulders & back. Based on the teaching of Ida Rolf (Rolfing), advanced techniques are used to determine the cause of your symptoms. Focusing on correcting poor posture which is a major contributor to the cause of your discomfort. This bodywork dramatically improves pain, energy and quality of life. A minimum of 5- 10 sessions is highly recommended.
