We meet twice a week in the evenings to exercise as a small group under the supervision of a Certified Personal Trainer "Frank". This Company was started by a Retired Houston Fire Fire-fighter who loves to be outdoors being active. Instead of calling it exercise lets just say going out side to play just like we did when we were young. Getting others to be physically active is the main goal here. So if you want a change from the usual gym or studio come outside and get some fresh air and move your body with other adults. The workouts change and they keep your body moving towards a more balance person.
