What a scam this company is running! We called and explained that we needed a dead bolt unlocked, asked for the exact cost, and were advised it would cost $45 plus $19. We waited almost two hours outside the house, and just as they were going to unlock the dead bolt, they advised it would cost a minimum of $175 to try unlocking the door, and it could be more depending on how difficult it was.
