A slower place class with elements of vinyasa and iyengar yoga. In the class you will work on alignment, flow through poses, and take time to learn more about or simply focus more on certain poses. Props are used in creative ways throughout the class to assist in finding the right alignment for your body in different yoga poses. Great for beginners, people who want a slower pace or those returning after injuries or other body (or life!) changes.
